At MOMO Lumiere, we want every piece you choose to feel extraordinary. If your jewelry isn’t perfect for any reason, we offer both complimentary and extended return options to ensure a seamless experience.
Return Requirements
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, all items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
- All original packaging must be included, such as tags, jewelry box, pouch, and protective materials.
- Sets must be returned as a complete set. Individual pieces from a set cannot be returned or refunded separately.
Return Process
- Contact us at support@momolumiere.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.
- If your return is accepted, we'll send you a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package to the U.S..
Bundle & Promotion Returns
If your purchase qualifies for a bundle or promotional offer (such as 3+1 free, Buy 2 Get 20% Off, or other multi-item discounts):
- The entire bundle must be returned to receive a full refund.
- If only part of the bundle or order is returned, any items you keep will be recalculated at their full, non-discounted website price, and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Return Shipping
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returns initiated within 30 days of delivery (or during the extended holiday window) require the customer to cover return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
